Snow Land — Forest Plains

Snow is a supertype with no inherent functionality. Instead, it serves as an identifying characteristic of permanents and spells, and is closely tied to snow activation costs and mana costs. Lands represent locations under the player's control, most of which have mana abilities. Forest is one of the five basic land types and provides green mana. Forests are needed to cast green spells. Plains is one of the five basic land types and provides white mana, which is required to cast white spells.
